London: London Bridge & Tower Bridge

One of the things that you must see in London is, of course, the London Bridge.  Unfortunately, this bridge is quite disappointing, much like the Pont d'Avignon.  It is not very pretty, and is really just a let down!

The Tower Bridge, however, was not a disappointment at all.  I got to walk across it too, which was fun!

London: Big Ben & Westminster Abbey

One of my favorite things to see in England was Big Ben and Westminster Abbey!  I think it was so exciting because these things are so iconic and I have seen my entire life, but actually viewing them in person is a completely new experience!  Just as a little tidbit of information...Big Ben isn't the name of the actual tower; it's called the Elizabeth Tower, and Big Ben is the name of the largest bell in the tower!  However, people often refer to it as "Big Ben", so the name Big Ben has become synonymous with the tower.
